Uvae Staff is returning from Portugal! Come taste some of the fabulous wines we enjoyed during our stay with us while you learn about different Portuguese wine regions.

Join us for an evening of Portuguese cuisine with Uvae’s very own Chef Eren Bilikmen. This multi-course menu will be expertly paired with wines from across Portugal. We’ve timed this special wine dinner to take place just after Uvae’s staff returns from their immersive trip to Portugal, bringing fresh inspiration straight to the table.

Level I Sommelier Asha will kick off Black History Month with a class featuring African American Winemakers!

This class will feature a flight of Somm Erika's favorite winemaker couples from across the globe in celebration of Valentine's Day!

Whites are not just for summer time! Explore some of the Uvae Staff's favorite fuller-bodied white wines. 

Celebrate National Pinot Noir Day with Uvae! This class will feature different styles of Pinot Noir from both old- and new-world winemaking countries. 

In honor of the Oscars tomorrow, Sommelier and Bar Manager Sean will taste through some of the most famous wines featured in movies past. 

Great Riesling isn't always sweet! Somm & Riesling Aficionado Erika will teach you all about the different styles of Riesling available from Washington State to Australia and the European countries in between.
